you baru happened today?
 damn lucky, im having these problem since after chinese new years. sometimes the dl speed could go down to 0.xx mbps something. the same problem as yours and im using 30mbps. |

Tested with 30 Mbps Unifi Advance Plan; got 25 Mbps DL, 8 Mbps UL. Shouldn't be too bad already.
