I have a question to ask about webe.

I heard that if there's no webe coverage it will fallback to celcom 3g /2g. Is that true?

Heard that you'll need to pay rm6 for 2 hours of personal hotshot. Let's say I'm travelling in Malaysia how do I activate personal hotshot?
