QUOTE(lowhenghao @ Sep 24 2016, 10:07 PM) I've been in contact with a webe staff from JBCC and have been constantly pushing for the Note 7 certification issue. The last update that I got from them is that they are still testing the phone for safety issues and I've told them its not Webe's job to do that and that Samsung is already resolving the issue, and from another previous phone call they told me I would be charged RM60 extra cause Note 7 not certified yet. So I'm quite mad at them tbh but am still pushing the JBCC Webe staff to keep pestering Webe HQ. Thanks for your update man. I had walked in to Webe in Queensbay Penang, they suggest not to proceed with order coz they're not sure when note7 will be support. They said maybe after official launch, few more phones will be support. I did asked them about TAC/MSOS issue, they said shouldnt be an issue BUT webe Facebook team message me that they are still working to sort out this issue. |
