True, 4G is faster and more efficient. But at this point, 3G has better coverage, especially indoor.
That is why webe has partnered with Celcom because webe doesn't have a nationwide network yet, Celcom does. webe 2.6Ghz 4G LTE coming soon and this network could offer super fast speeds. Within the next 2 years, webe 2.3Ghz 4G LTE will also go live.
Celcom doesn't need webe, but it needs TM's fibre network at a discounted rate. That's why Celcom partnered with webe. Win-win situation.
