but technically by doing cell re-selections within the defined neighbour relationships. smile.gif

this is cheaper than investing for whole infrastructure from a scratch.

consider on telco side also lar..

u think it's cheap to run the business? software licenses, equipment, maintenances, etc can mount to millions.

malaysians want it easy all the time.
