same like ghost sim previously. u think celcom does not know which number is which? it easily detectable once u attached to the networks. i hv seen this in their system myself.

their decision to not banning these numbers immediately is beyond me though.

yes, it is possible and my friend did it, he able to do the tethering without getting any sms charges,
However, his line was suspended today by Webe and the currentstanding of his bill is RM500++ 

People is smart, but telco is smarter

learnt from Maxis and Celcom for example, they did come out with unlimited call and sms plan, but
for those who misused it (sending thousand of spamming sms for example), the line are being suspended as well

Yeah, i just cancelled the order. Because i'm not in their coverage area, although i do have compatible device but tethering have charges so nope. What use really unlimited data on mobile phone? Mostly only online streaming i guess, but other telco also offers free data for online streaming, like Umobile P98 plan and Maxis One plan.

Yes. You still can use their service but you dont have the RM60 discount only. So it is RM139/mth for unlimited data,call and sms.
