this is wireless technology. only a certain number of user can be connected to the base station at one time. this is not restriction by the telco, but the technology itself.

if any telco allowed unlimited data/or free thetering (in webe case), there will be a user that will be hogging the network and eat up all the bandwidth. how bout the the rest? they will get low speed and possible disconnected.

bandwidth is not cheap. yes, TM does have extensive blueprint in their fiber network but can anyone guess how much they invest to get such extensive network?

I believe there is a good explanation why webe certified device getting discount and invitation based on user poscode

Since webe is roaming with celcom 3g, there might some charge for the roaming services

And invitation based on user poscode to ensure the user can utilized the webe lte instead of celcom 3g roaming

my postcode for streamyx is kedah..i put in on my mother house..
Problem is..im working in lahad datu and my wife is staying at kluang

LTE still not wide coverage..only certain place only get 4G with speed above 20mbps...

actually in lahad datu i also get 4G..but unfortunately in my working place and home dont have strong signal 4G...

but certain place such as airport i do get string signal and speed as good as 20mbps...download rate up to 2M/s
