QUOTE(adamw @ Sep 28 2016, 09:51 PM) Just got my sim today but cannot seems to get 4G signal even though I am in their coverage area. My phone not certified but according to their CS after he check with technical, says it should work with LTE! My model is LeEco LE2. u just need to select the prefered network back to 3G and then back-forth to 4G and wait a while it will connect back to 4G if you are in the 4G zone.but receiving or make call will civert u back to 3G network. for my area, it seems like the 4G signal is not stable while i'm placing the phone down below my tv cabinet but i got a constant speed of 8-9Mbps DL for 3G, therefore i just choose to 3G network enough |

QUOTE(adamw @ Sep 29 2016, 08:00 AM) I think it's my phone problem. Band 5 is grey off so after I force it to LTE only it can get 4G signal. But is problematic while driving, suddenly no line and need to switch back. Btw, any tested app that can show the 4G band our phone is on? I suspect they already rolled out band 38 since only band 1,3,7 & 38-40 is ticked on my device. And my upload speed never go above 2Mb. In Malaysia, only Yes support VoLTE, for others, when we make or receive call, even though when we set to 4G, it will drop back to 3GNote: Just notice I cannot call out at all when force to LTE |
