I went to webe lounge at Sunway Pyramid. Patiently talk and explain my fantastic bad experiences with webe self care, live chat & customer care service etc.

Surprisingly, most of the stuffs there were new, knowing nothing about webe LTE.

Leaves Me Speechless. They all Celcom or Maxis subscribers, contractors ma. LOL.

Further more, I only can get H signal within that area in webe. Amazing speechless experience.

I hope my face to face escalation will benefits all in near future.

i would like to share my experience with webe for the past 2 days. i received my sim on 24th september 16 but can't be use because waiting for mnp done. by 26th september 16 finally im able to use my webe sim !! weeee😊😊.. btw im staying at seremban and im using iphone 5se. my area got lte!! celcom only 2bar 3g, maxis 3bar 4g while webe full bar LtE.. soo once everything setup i try running speed test apps and guess what im able to get 10mbps for download and upload speed. its good right? then i watched movies on netflix, download apss, streaming music with sportify and many more. until now i already use 8gb of data for 2 days. What i can say is the speed is good and stables. Lte speed top 10mbps while 3g 3mbps.

okay now come the problems!!

1) Not receiving TAC, Whatsapp code, google verification code and maybe many more that need to send code tonur phone.

2) iMessage activation failed.

3) keep on receiving sms saying that i should get the hotspot pass although i disabled hotspot it still keeps on coming.

4) Last but not least, its not unlimited ok guys. 20GB only.

as a conclusion, overall im satisfied with their service although it's not really unlimited data with high speed, it's unlimited data with throttle speed. haha.. i believe one day webe will be on top of malaysia communication providers. its too early for now to compare with the giant right.

Anyone request sim for delivery? How many day? I saw verification needed, you guys at home wait whole day for 3 day?

wow, then cannot use this..
cause planning to have a internet in my mum house..
no unifi, so normal streamyx very expensive and unstable (disconnect every 20 mins, need to restart modem for it to work back again), dunno due to what.

telekom people say due to alarm system that causing the line unstable as the alarm connected to the phone line.
Alarm people say, due to telekom cabling, nothing to do with their alarm system...

push here and there for few year, then totally give up....

actually, got any solution to it for the tethering without paying rm6 for 2h?

need verify facts:

1. is the RM79 package only for existing TM customers?

2. is webe prepaid or postpaid?

3. if get 2nd, 3rd, 4th lines, can get rm69, 59, 49 etc?

4. max line webe can allow for a customer?

please answer above 4 questions. thanks.

regarding the subline thing, what if A and B both want to port to webe under 1 account, can it be done? because A and B current phone number registered under different IC number.

But webe have request tac.. So this tac mean can change the number ？

Can someone post some speedtests for webe here pls? I wonder how fast is it and faster than streamyx or not?
