That's not webe. You'll need to be seeing 502-153 for webe.

Americans usually buy phones from the telco, which have customized firmware.

Our member here uses his existing phone. I just don't understand how Webe can disable tethering.

yes telco can detect tethering through few methods. Google and read about it.

I would like to see cases where the unlimited quota package by webe only offered to tm unifi/streamyx subscribers

This will trump time

After all, unlimited quota but lower speed yet offers mobility > stationary high speed internet
