I emailed to their customer service and told them which device im going to use with their service, they had the technical team to check on the compatibility, After 2 days, they called me and said my device is supported although it's not listed. I am entitled to enjoy the promotion. RN3 is the device I'm going to use BTW. If you really want to find out email to them, but i think you need to be invited before contacting their CS

May be it is their trick for people to sign up only to realise that their device is not certified n have to pay rm79+60. Cs told me that RN3 will be included in the next update(may be next year doh.gif )

If they try to short-change consumers, can v lodge complaint with MCMC?

Question: Will Webe know if the sim is being used in other devices than the one we registered with them? Eg: registered Nexus 6p, but use in Samsung Galaxy Tab S2? Checked that tab S2 does support band 5 850mhz.

If you insert the sim card in a device is not in the certified device list for more than 7 days per month, RM60 discount will be revoked.
