Seem like the Webe LTE speed is slower than H+.
They should launch LTE-A instead of normal LTE while other Telco is in the progress to migrate from 4G to 4G+

May be it is their trick for people to sign up only to realise that their device is not certified n have to pay rm79+60. Cs told me that RN3 will be included in the next update(may be next year doh.gif )
