Seem like the Webe LTE speed is slower than H+. They should launch LTE-A instead of normal LTE while other Telco is in the progress to migrate from 4G to 4G+

lol to get certain spectrum band, it's require hardware-implemention in the phone. so up to the phone manufacturer la not webe.
