First post for this new thread - not tanks but ARMORED CARS FAI BA-20 BA-64 BTR-40 From FABBRI and in 1/72 scale. Though tiny (length 5.5cm for the BA-64 to 7.5cm for the BTR-40) they are heavy for their size ! BTW BTR-40 is the "grandfather" of the BTR-60 , BTR-80 .... series which evolved from this armored car This post has been edited by dm101: Apr 7 2016, 12:09 AM

QUOTE(Tiger I @ Apr 25 2016, 04:08 PM) Paintjob is very much appreciated, but the diecast (well it's Fabbri who am I kidding) leaves much to be desired. It's there, but the details are rather soft. Not true for their T-90s - those are superb ! I got TWO T-90s in different camo from the FABBRI range PS: FABBRI are the HEAVIEST diecast 1/72 around IMO - feels so SOLID This post has been edited by dm101: Apr 25 2016, 09:43 PM

QUOTE(limfreelance @ Apr 30 2016, 07:56 AM) woo look quite detail for 1/72 kit. dragon kit is the most expensive out there. Some Dragon Armor models could fetch good prices on eBAY ........ Other than the Leopard 2, the Panzer IV Dragon Models could fetch very good prices as well

QUOTE(Tiger I @ May 22 2016, 03:29 PM) Excellent additions there, Fabbri 1/73 BMP and BMD are very nicely rendered compared to some of its offering. Same goes for their PT-76 as well 😁 Yes, these 2 pieces are

QUOTE(Tiger I @ Jun 8 2016, 06:26 PM) [attachmentid=6797808] [attachmentid=6797820] How small is Wiesel 1 MK20? Smaller than Panzer I, that is how small this modern tankette is All are in the same scale (albeit Airfix Sheridan is 1/76) My antenna of the Wiesel 1 MK20 came in bent - yours received straight or you straighten it yourself ?

QUOTE(Tiger I @ Jun 7 2016, 11:28 AM) Without the antenna, it does looks weird lol Both T-26 are from different year of manufacture - that is why the turrets are different

QUOTE(Tiger I @ Nov 7 2016, 11:53 AM) I would assume those are Fabbri/Eaglemoss? Damn they produce wonky vehicles :/ Yup, these are Fabbri / Eaglemoss pieces Seems only they carry the interwar and early WW2 tanks not available from other Diecast manufacturers .....
