I hope Maxis see this, Horrible Customer Service 123

Can't believe the kind of service I get for the premium price your company charges us. I thought I could speak with your customer care via 123 while driving to work. I took 30 minutes to get to work and after 2 attempts of patiently waiting for somebody to answer I GAVE UP.
If you are in a PR crisis shouldn't your call center be more prepared to assist issues like this. I'm trying to downgrade my plan but you're making it so difficult because nobody attends to me via 123.
Really Maxis, I've been a loyal customer for 10 years since prepaid now postpaid. Your service was way better before this. Even though your prices are sky high I continue to support but as a service provider you are not supporting our needs.

I mean if you know you're in a PR Crisis why don't you just have more manpower handling the Customer Service hotline..

Nick from Maxis has been very helpful over the phone.
Please do not blame or screw the person you are speaking to regarding your complaints of Maxis they are just the staff.
He told me he will do his best to work something out for my complaints.

This I have to agree. Back in the prepaid days, I purchased their internet package but within an hour suddenly all my data ran out. FOR NO REASON. So I posted on Twitter, in 15 minutes somebody from CS called me to help me out and renew my package.

Still waiting for solution. My friend on the 88 plan just received 7GB data because he had another line that he ported out to Digi.
So they need to feel threaten to give perks ?

It's Tuesday and I haven't got it.
