Hi, any of you ever used/heard of Search Engine Optimizer from GR Soft? How is it? Is it good and worth for the price? I'm currently looking for a good S.E.O. software, any recommendations?

Thanks alot for your answer/comments. wink.gif

Hi there,
I'm not sure about that software, but most people do SEO manually, which usually gives you a better result.

A good place to start is at http://www.seochat.com/

Enjoy learning SEO! smile.gif

Thanks!

Hmm.. which way is more efficient and better? What you think about SEO software (any)? Is it really worth the money? Or most people prefer to do is manually?

I've done some researches on this, and i found a lot of good articles and tutorials teaching how to do SEO.. But i would like to know is SEO software good and worthy? unsure.gif

I just checked out GRSoftware's Search Engine Optimization.

QUOTE
Our Search Engine Optimizer Software ...

...analyzes and specifically evaluates your pages for 10 search engines and 4 directories
...shows you exactly what the search engines want to see
...provides up-to-date information about each search engine's criteria
...tells you specifically how to optimize your pages for success
How can our Search Engine Optimization Software help you ?

Search Engine Optimizer...

...designed and tested by GRSoftware professional development team
...lets you select the keywords and the specific search engine for optimization
...tells you specifically how to optimize your pages for success
...provides up-to-date information on the search engines' criteria through a subscription service
...updated monthly and guaranteed accurate by the Search Engine Marketing Consultation
1. There are actually many free search engine analyzer on the net. Try googling
2. Search engine simulation? There are tons of free ones online too
3. I believe you still can get first hand information from SEO forums wink.gif
4. This is very subjective
5. There are also free keyword generators on the net.

In other words, actually in terms of features, this software is not able to outperform manual SEO. Probably you pay US$149 for a software that combines the SEO tools together for your convenience, but you should not expect this software to boost your search result to among the top results in Google smile.gif

Good luck!

You're welcome.

If you do purchase this software, please let us know as a client's feedback. My judgment above could be unfair, because I have no experience in using that software. I left that comment based on the features stated in their web site.

Thanks.

SEO software that promises to 'optimize' your website generally doesn't do a very good job of it..

It's (almost) always better to do it manually after you read up on the topic in depth. They're many nuances that even the best of SEO optimizers will miss out.

I'd recommend doing it manually with the assistance of SEO software that helps you analyze your website as well as page ranks.

Note: I'm a bit blur at the moment, rushing project and not enuff sleep so don't flame me if you dun understand me >.<

Those who use the software and sell themselves as SEO specialist or experts is just bollocks.. tongue.gif

Just because you can submit to many engines, generate a report and put keywords in doesn't make you a specialist. Karma man..

Anyway, you could learn from trial and error. smile.gif

I've downloaded some free trial SEO software to use as assistant software.. I found that most of these software just minimal the effort and some of them only help u to analyze and give some "useful" comments on how to improve your website for SEO.. Some do help u to subscribe to many search engine which makes your work easier..

Hmm.. seems like not really worth the money.. haha..
