Hello all. I'm a new user and new TIME customer ( since Saturday 23/4/2016). Can i know if there is any upload capping for wireless 5GHz Channel?. I tested with many speedtest, speed fluctuate i can understand that, but one thing i can see is uploading speed never hit more than 20 Mbps. I don't mind actually but i was told that is symmetric (upload/download same speed).Do anyone else face this?.
However i tested using LAN (Using powerline) i can get symmetric uploading/downloading at 50mbps. I haven't tried using direct LAN (Going to try it today).

Does time using same cable to connect europe ? Been TIME customer for a week. Terminated Unify on Monday. So far so good. I'm happy. But i hope TIME can improve their CS as i heard quite a lot complaint that CS/Technical services not resolving issues soonest possible. My experience with Telekom CS, is that they will do basic troubleshooting and if not resolve they will quickly escalate and make sure their technician will be in front our doorstep in next working day. That is among reason i was glued to TM even though my condo is TIME ready for 5 years till TIME come up with this package. I really hope i can similar kind of service from TIME.Currently I'm promoting TIME my neighbors.

I subscribed to 100 mbs, but connection to oversea's servers i never get more than 16 Mbps. Especially Europe or US Servers. Is there any special setting need to be done to hit those speed? Please help QUOTE(terence_nwb @ May 3 2016, 10:28 PM) Speed is also fine on other oversea servers.

Downtime again. My ONU shows red color blinking. Unable to reach CS 1800181818. Any downtime at pelangi utama area or only me? Please help.

Hi Time colleague. We have a situation here. Our Time fibre casing infront of our unit dropped, now hanging like show here.  Internet still working but i'm afraid this can cause damage to the fiber. I already email to Time, waiting for their answer/ report no. But just in case you guys can help. This is our account no ( 21223707041601)

The email that Time CS told me to send together with attachment, no one respond to that yet as well.
