TIME's connection is great! But not so much with their customer service. I came back from vacation last Tuesday to find out that my modem's LOS light is blinking red. Immediately called CS and was told that someone from their technical team would contact me in 24 hours. It's been 48 hours with no call at all. sad.gif

They finally contacted me just now. Again, even if the connection is great, the customer service is nowhere near okay regarding on-time delivery. mega_shok.gif

Anyone else got "throttled" download speed? A week ago I still got 5-10 mBps download (I'm on 300 mbps plan), but it's currently < 1 mBps. Even 40% of the time (I guess) is < 500 kBps. hmm.gif
