Happened to our Business Basic package as well.

30Mbps package reset to 10Mbps twice already.

Its working fine for 5 days now, after they had reset something at their end.

I requested the installer not to run the wire thru my front door.

So they drilled a small hole at side wall, go thru drying area, drilled small hole again to kitchen then to living room.

They used glue gun to stick the cable to the wall.
