just notice my apartment under TIME coverage since today, 20 March 2018.

I have been using UNIFI 30mbps for 2 years plus already.

wanna ask every boss here, how's the performance of UNIFI vs TIME in term of speed, stability, ping (for gaming), accessing oversea server such as US / China / India / UK etc?

not sure how does TIME perform when it come to oversea bandwidth quota.

For speed, on paper, 100mbps surely beat 30mbps, but based on your actual experience with it, does it able to reach 100mbps every time during download?

Btw, anyone here is from Seri Baiduri apartment and has subscribed to TIME? I would like to ask whether need to pull the fibre cable into the house or can use the telephone port ready?

If need to pull, how they do it? Any drilling hole required? Because this apartment is built in IBS (integrated building system) method, mean all walls are not built with brick, but built with concrete. So basically drilling is prohibited because it jeopardize the structural integrity. Thanks.

just installed TIME yesterday and already have a nightmare experience with it.

1) the internet LED keep showing red color even during installation time.
2) the router sometime hang, cant even log in into the router page. restart multiple time only can go in.
3) wifi and LAN connection keep reconnect.

so bad experience. thinking of cancel it already. lmao

1) Every now and then, internet down, red light shown on router, sometime need to wait 8 hours, sometime 12 hours, sometime 24 hours to get back connection.
2) Very frequently, my DNS-320 that is connected to the router using Cat5e will auto disconnected and disappear from the network. Have to restart the DNS-320 to appear back in the network. I don’t even face this kind of problem when I was using unifi’s provided D-Link router that is already 10 years old.
3) Don’t tell me what router problem and ask me purchase other router those bullshit. As far as I am concerned, the router come together with the package, mean the router must be fit for purpose which is to match with the connection.

So my question is: how can I make a complaint? Should I make a complaint to TIME? Is it effective or they will just tell you some bullshit to entertain you off? Or any government body that I can make complaint of this bad service provider?

I don’t even want the offer of deducting the bill based on the number of day I unable to online. The losses that I suffered are more than the daily bill.

Internet down again at Seri Baiduri apartment in Setia Alam.
On off router and modem so many time still down.
Seriously, never face this kind of issue when I use UNIFI.

Internet down again. Restart modem and router many times still cant online. Happen at least 2 times in a week.

Ok. Waited for 1 hour. Now can online back. Sigh.

if you are using old computer, with the LAN speed maximum only 100mbps, speed upgrade is useless to you.

6% SST will be very not fair to those stuck with RM149/month compare to those RM129/month.

every month need to pay RM1.20 extra.
