I've checked and my condo (PJ, Selangor) is covered by Time. Any promotion currently? Would it be faster if i sign up through Time's website?

Just got my time fiber installed today. Speed using Lan cable can reach 100mbps (my package), but on wifi I'm only getting 35-40mbps. I'm using the router provided by time (dir850l), and when I tested my wifi speed (on 5ghz) I was only less than 50cm away from the router. is there anything wrong with my wifi router? Or I just need to upgrade to a better router to get better wifi speed? Thanks

Is netgear orbi compatible with time fibre / the existing DIR-850L? I have problem getting wifi signal in my room, am thinking of getting netgear orbi.
