Hi there.
I'm currently a unifi user and my condo has TIME coverage lately.

Planning to switch over. Any agents here that has great offer? Cheers

Hi all, just reporting back after installing TIME 100Mbps.

Managed to get it installed way earlier than expected with Mr Yeap's help, less than 1 week waiting time. Thanks Mr Yeap!

Speed is so-so only for 3 devices connected.... similar to 30Mbps unifi at my old house. Will monitor and see if the speed improves over time.

Hello there,
Are your devices support 5GHz and also AC channel? Perhaps can try with LAN wired cable to check the speed also.
Hope this diagnosis step helps. smile.gif

Just got TIME internet installed today in my new condo. Thanks to sir @yeapch01 for the assistance. Fantastic service sir!

The installation team was scheduled to arrive at 10:30 am, they arrived at 10:30 am, exactly on time and ready to go. Installation took about 15 minutes, and no issues encountered at all.

Internet plan is 300Mbps.

Next thing to do is configure my mikrotik hex to work with TIME. Very satisfied so far. smile.gif

Is the speedtest through WiFi? Ping is double digit.

Hello all,
Great to see TIME has been keeping itself ahead of all competitors!
Now I have a bit of a headache with Asus router.
Since it has been upgraded to 500Mbps for free, my Asus old router can't keep up to speed in wireless N, hitting 150Mbps only, while LAN cable hitting 500Mbps without issues.

Any Asus router to recommend to utilise this speed new speed hike? Budget is around RM500.
Thank you!
