Speed drops could be the router itself. Which router that you're currently using? Using LAN cable to router should get full speed as the subscribed speed. TIME stock router not so good as you have to use your own router.
I did the test without going through the router, It is a direct connection to the Time's modem itself. I am not using stock router but that's irrelevant coz not connecting to router while performing this speed test. It is a cable connection (using a cat 5e cable) from the modem to the laptop. I used to get full speed and now speed drops to 20% (or less) of subscribed speed. Been happening for months already.
Made a report to Time and seeking feedback from the members here on what're the possible problems.

Try above method, it works for me everytime...hehe
BTW im using Lan cable connection..if Wifi, it always unconsistent because of interference like walls etc..
Thanks for the reply.
The test was not done using Wifi. (WiFi router in use is ASUS, not stock) It's wired connection. I'm aware that WiFi cause interference (and speed loss) but to get over 80%-90% speed loss via a direct connection is crazy. FlushDNS no impact to improve connection. In fact, the results is now showing receiving 10% of my supposed subscribed speed.
