Is there any extra charge/fee I have to pay to the contractor? Just want to prepare if I have to pay additional installation charges, if any. Thanks.

I'm still very new to TIME (Just joined on Saturday, yay!)

Here is my take after being on Unifi before.

1. Price should reduce a bit. Maybe 100mbps at RM99 or even less.
2. Speed upgrade is always a good draw-card no matter what, even if only just 1x upgrade.
3. TIME should have an addon option like Unifi TV - such as free subscription to iFlix or better yet, Netflix Malaysia or Amazon Prime or Hulu or basic Astro package with IPTV with no added cost. This addon add value to the whole package.

Is there any setting/tweak that I can use to further improve my internet connection when using nordvpn?

Can I set it up via the router directly and how?

It is tempting to have 500mbps speed upgrade from 100mbps. But we in the house hardly ever use that much speed, let alone 500mbps. I would prefer Time to keep 100mbps speed at reduced price like somewhere in the region of RM80 - 90. But please not quota cap like what Unifi did.

Came back from work just now and do a speed test on my internet.

Lo and behold, upgraded already.

Don't really need that much speed because hardly download anything and don't have 4k TV. Hopefully Time introduce cheaper plans.
