What's with the frequent outages with TIME

Opposite u MSQ. Can't use the internet for a anything. Every 30 mins disconnected.

I think it has something to do with the recent cable damage in the sea. TIME has ports in AAG submarine cable I think. Therefore it has issue rerouting the traffic through some ports in Msia.

Just my wild guess though. I experienced it in Ara Damansara too.

Been up & down for few times for the past few hours... OKR area.

*just got disconnected when posting this... had to restart the router to get it working again.

Hi, I'm currently on Astro IPTV 10mb with time fiber.

Since now I mostly watched Netflix instead of Astro so I'm thinking to terminate and migrate to time fiber 100mb. More speed and cheaper.

How long it takes to install from the day I register?

Should I terminate Astro 1st and how?

so probably um gonna get TIME from next month as unifi here is killing me a bit (slower connection here in South city)
but the catch is TIME offers 24 months of contract while its coverage area isn't really handsome....& probably I'll be moving to another place next year, I dunno if that place will have coverage by that time or not so what will I do?

TM doesn't charge penalty if the place is out of coverage, I dunno if the same goes for TIME or not.
