ISPs are connected by IXPs. IXP connect to each other from the other countries. Since the service already started in Thursday, we will enjoy it also.

Please make sure that the fiber optic cable is pluged in thightly. I think it is the problem from your fiber optic cable.

You can set yor own router for free, but it is chargable if you want TIME installer to help you.

First of all, the wifi router is from d-link not tp-link, different brand. Second, the router which is provided to you can support 5Ghz wifi but your computer doesnt support 5Ghz, so it is your computer's fault. Third, only lan cable can transmit the full speed. Normally, wifi cant handle the speed due to other natural factors.

No. But you can take Astro Beyond PVR seperately.
