Last time, TIME upgrade their plan on 2016, they didn't change the price for existing customer. And now also they will not I think. But for previous 500mbps cust who pays rm299 for their package maybe can be a little bit tricky. But mine previously from 20mbps to 300mbps and now 1Gbps still paying rm179 for all those time. Hope I still pay the same price afterwards

According to the FAQ, I think if contract finish, you can upgrade or downgrade with no hassle, except if you want the free router then the contract will reset (for upgrade only). And for downgrade, only person who still within in contract term will reset the contract and if contract already finish, no reset.
