Hmmm...Ok but what about upgrade to Linksys EA6350?

Dear bro

Linksys EA6350 definitely better than D-Link 850l in term coverage and stability for multiple user.

Go for it if u have budget ,u never regret

Thanks

TL;DR:

1.  It's note always Time's fault.  Do your research.

2.  If you're still using the Linksys E1200 router that Time provided to its subscribers up until March 2016, get rid of it and buy yourself a new AC1200 or better router.
*
I use the TIME-provided DIR-850L, and I still get unacceptable levels of latency between 8-11pm, and ONLY between 8-11pm. At no time did they offer to come over and replace it with a replacement router to resolve the problem. I'm only 3 months into a 2-year contract, so guess what? It IS TIME's fault. I should not need to spend money to buy a router of my own to replace the under-contract router to get optimal performance, and especially since I'm usually the only one using the connection most of the time.

And since it only happens predictably at that time of the night rather than randomly at all times of the day, I highly doubt it's the router's problem.

So yeah, let's stop trying to help TIME mitigate their problem with all sorts of pseudo-excuses. They (and all other ISPs) are great at doing that on their own.

Yeah, it sure doesn't look like a router issue. Something at Time's end more likely.

Condos in the area:
Dataran Prima - Yes
Bayu Puteri - Yes
Mutiara Oriental (in between these 2) - No.
Maisson - Yes
Tropicana Grande - Yes
Casa Tropicana - Yes

When oh when? Got promo now, but can't sign up. How sad.

Hi guys, new TIME subscriber here. For the past few days I've only been getting average about 150Mbps from speedtest.net, but my TIME broadband is 500Mbps. I've tested even using LAN cable to my desktop, Android box, PS4, WiFI to phones, etc, etc. and all resulting about the same.

Are you guys experiencing this as well? Does this happen regularly?

Local at speedtest.net and even http://speed.time.com.my. Tried overseas as well (my playstation connected to router via LAN) getting about the same result.

Just noticed I'm also getting terrible pings of an evening for gaming. For the AU servers of WoW and the Eve online server (london). Probably other things, just don't play much else online.

Is there a particular test I can do to help TIME narrow down the cause?

Yes most of the routing problems still there...I'm on IPTV service, while using a vpn to UK, USA or even Singapore I can stream smoothly with 0 lag. Turned off the vpn the iptv instantly becomes unwatchable.
Just to share my experience, please don't ask me to share the trace data coz
1. I don't know how to trace...
2. TIME technical dept should have enough of those to check and rectify the problems.
