you can refer to terence_nwb and TXSim, them already show u the step..
before you do reset, make sure you have PPPOE username and password (usually written on the installation paper)

i wonder how is the speed of this time fibre home?
how good is the speed of 100Mbps ?
normally as i know Malaysia love to refers this Mbps as Mega bit per second, but not Mega byte per second.
*
mostly you will get 9x% of ur subcrible speed, so if 100Mbps you will get 96+-Mbps
Megabits.

My wifi speed seems to have became worst after the upgrade from 100mbps to 300mbps. The strange thing is that this only affects my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 5).

From my PC the ping looks good:

[attachmentid=6648520]
However, from my phone it is terrible!

[attachmentid=6648524]
[attachmentid=6648526]
[attachmentid=6648530]
I'm not complaining about the download speed, but the speed when websites and apps load. Anybody have any idea how to fix this?

*Note: This is all tested using WiFi. My LAN connection results are OK thumbsup.gif
*
what router u using?
i dont think so is phone problem, my friend s6 can easily get 300Mb on AC5G

if 850L is weak... why TIME offer this unit for 100 and 300 Mbps package?

now using the old ZTE-H298N... signal is good... previously just 10Mbps... can download 1.2Mbps...

TIME should upgrade the router for free... ini kena bayar lagi RM270... not a pure upgrade.
*
think another waywill feel better, we can get 100Mb with rm129, new user RM149.
I test my friend 850l, feeling so so, dont waste the money for it

Just got my time fiber installed today. Speed using Lan cable can reach 100mbps (my package), but on wifi I'm only getting 35-40mbps. I'm using the router provided by time (dir850l), and when I tested my wifi speed (on 5ghz) I was only less than 50cm away from the router. is there anything wrong with my wifi router? Or I just need to upgrade to a better router to get better wifi speed? Thanks
*
you can try wifi channel, change 5GHz channel bandwidth to 80MHz.
you use phone or laptop to do the test?
try other server on speedtest

Guys, my speed is only ranging from 5mbps-10mbps during speed test, not much difference before and after =(.. currently still using the old modem they given (huawei somehting i think) and Asus N12 router.
*
you can try speedtest with LAN cable(cat5e or cat 6), Asus N12 WAN and LAN port is 100Mb, so the speed can get should 90mb+-
