I called time, they say my router DIR 850 will not support 500 mbps speed, so i purchase TP-Link Archer AC1200 from Lazada. Can someone let me know if i made the correct decision. Not expecting blazing speed but can i get at least 300 mbps wifi speed??

Archer C1200 also cannot. I’m using that now
Can only get around 250 to 270 over WiFi
You need archer c1900 and above to get 500Mbps (if your clients are ok)

A bit disappointed for the voice call plan, why 100Mbps cannot enjoy any free min call and why do not provide RM10 (per month) to all plan

hi @jjj2, i've been offered the new DIR-882 at the condition that i renew my contract. currently im paying RM189 per month so if i renew does that mean i have to pay RM199 from then onwards?

Wow, I am on 24 months contract since I just changed to TIME this year. On 100mbps for RM149. So what's gonna happen to my plan? They don't even announce properly and address existing customers, seriously?

I think once you login to your own selfcare page, it will show more clearly info for you.
Some package/plan TIME carry forward or special offer the discount/promotion price for you. You may get RM189 or lower (maybe). Just login and check.

Just login to your own selfcare page, then you will know. And FAQ page already show the detail for those within contract info too.

Its already stated how many thousand times.

Speed upgrade to 500mbps and price is 139.

C1200 can get 350-400mbps dl.

Already tested on s9plus.

If test on laptop shud be definately faster. But laptop rosak so yea..

Its not router problem. Its ur device whether can support 500mbps.

But dir850 confirm cant.
