do i need to restart the pon/gpon unit ?

so end to end cabling is not an issue...

I use to have that same model ...can't seem to get gigabit internet Speeds.

Received Time email upgraded to 500 Mbps @rm139. But why some are getting rm129 and even rm119 here? So many different pricing.

since my contract ended, can terminate and reapply to get first month bill off and new router?

hi... can I request for downgrade to 100mbps? without extend contract period? my plan stil within contract

im prefer pay rm99, cause I'm only use on weekend,, play YouTube for baby, some more using old dlink850 router, can't fully use the 500mbps

You can try restart the ONU, the more important is test proper manner :

1) Make sure yr testing PC is Gigabit
2) Use good quality Cat5e/Cat6 23/24AWG network cable
3) If router does Not give you expected speed, Bypass Router and test direct ONU see if you are able to get the speed.

*Note speed upgrade is by stages and will only be fully conpleted by 15th Oct.

Hi any router to recommend for 500mbps ? Got Upgraded but dlink dir850l doesn’t seem to be capable to support the max speed. Ac66u ok?
