You are on what plan right now. If its an upgrade, your contract will be reset and monthly will be rm199.

not sure why but im still stuck at 100mbps.....no upgrade.

Existing 300Mbps (RM169 wif Incog Promo) --> 1Gbps (RM169)
Existing 500Mbps (RM299) --> 1Gbps (RM189)
Existing 500Mbps (RM249 wif Incog Promo) --> 1Gbps (RM169)

So other than the speed upgrade, we also get free call upgrade?

Existing 100mbps@rm149 will get the new 500mbps@rm139. And if you still want to downgrade to 100mbps@rm99, then it depend whether u're still in contract term or not. If still within, then contract will reset but no penalty. If already expired, then no contract reset & penalty.

No free call. First need to pay RM2.50 then only you are entitled for the 30min free call. The same also for the 300min free calls, need to pay rm10 monthly.

Im previously on 100mbps so today i notice in selfcare after the official new package release, its still 100mbps.guess my area doesnt support more than 100mbps??

I think it's safe to say there will be no penalty when downgrading, only contract reset.

i got upgraded to 500mbps from 100mbps, but ive been speed testing..its still 100mbps..subscribed last month and im using cable cat 5e and also 5ghz wifi on my iphone7..do it takes time to come or what? owh they give me AC1200 btw

thinking to downgrade to 100mbps too..coz...i dont know what to do with this 500mbps..

anyone got an email saying your new subscription fee for 500Mbps is only RM129 instead of RM139. My previous was 100Mbps for RM149.
