How does this work? If finished 24 month term, can migrate to any plan without refreshing minimum subs term and also no need pay penalty if downgrade to pay lesser? Say Im paying Rm189 for 300M initially, can I switch to 500M at RM139 and that I have finished serving 24 months, so just apply and it will take effect and that nothing is required in return from me?

I just get my 100Mbps TIME package installed today.

My laptop is only connected to 2.4Ghz, but iphone works well on 5Ghz.

Laptop speed test in the evening is about 40-50mbps, but at night it drop significantly to less than 10mbps. Why is it like that???

Also, with the new pricing now, i have to pay more rather than paying the RM99 package??

You're an existing user of 500Mbps?

You'll be upgraded to 1Gbps. If not upgraded. Maybe after 15th of October,2018 will get.

2.4GHz should be 40 - 50Mbps.

I hope this will answer all the question regarding bills and what we need to pay monthly. So whatever lower for that package, for example, before this speed upgrade, you're on RM299 500Mbps package. Now you've been upgraded to 1Gbps so you monthly will become RM199 after this. And like for me was RM179 for 300Mbps, and after speed upgrade to 1Gbps, I will be still paying for RM179 only. So more benefit for me but a win win situation for all existing customer. Enjoy

Yeah, using the free Archer C1200 router...i was getting 40-50 mbps this evening after i was done with the installation.

but now when i check again, less than 20mbps, was getting less than 10mbps at one point.....

Yes ive been waiting them to upgrade to 1gbps.

Router is asus rt 5300.

Give me 2gbps also i dont mind paying

According to the FAQ, I think if contract finish, you can upgrade or downgrade with no hassle, except if you want the free router then the contract will reset (for upgrade only). And for downgrade, only person who still within in contract term will reset the contract and if contract already finish, no reset.

Do test out 5G for me.
Test the maximum you can get.
BTW, I'm an existing user of 100Mbps plan.
Got upgraded to 500Mbps.

Don't think LAN port can support 2Gbps.

Can get full 5GHz signal in the room with AC5300?

no longer show 'Home Broadband' in selfcare apps, now as 500mbps.

Subscribe for two account then you get 2Gbps haha only RM398 excluding SST lorh

Chwck my previous post. Yes 5ghz and 2.4ghz i can max out my 500mbps via wifi with 4 walls 8 meters away.

Ppl who cannot max out their wifi is because they use shitty USB sticks. Im using tplink t9e card the speed just like LAN cable.

is the upload speed also 1gbps? im only getting 500mbps upload and 800mbps download on my DIR-850L. if 1gbps upload, maybe need to upgrade my router
