yeah...finally new package released. can change to TIME already with stupid Unifi 30mbps Rm139 that cannot turbo...

if i apply for 100mbps for rm99.
then after like weeks/months, i wish to further upgrade to 500mbps, do they still need change modem?

Last time, TIME upgrade their plan on 2016, they didn't change the price for existing customer. And now also they will not I think. But for previous 500mbps cust who pays rm299 for their package maybe can be a little bit tricky. But mine previously from 20mbps to 300mbps and now 1Gbps still paying rm179 for all those time. Hope I still pay the same price afterwards

hmm i too wonder, was on the 50mbps package to 500mbps @ 249. let's see what will be the 1gb package for us. there was a a group of 30mbps user that got upgraded to 500mbps @ 219 <-- many of us kick a stink back then but all is forgotten.

Hi, not sure if time will replace old onu huawei that runs maximum at 100mbps only. It doesnt help to upgrade plan to 500mbps foc but using same onu. Anyone familiar with this pls advise. Thanks.

300Mbps (existing user paying RM189) will be upgraded to 1Gbps @ RM189
500Mbps (existing user paying RM299) will be upgraded to 1Gbps @ RM189

Those under contract can still can upgrade or downgrade.
Upgrade : NO re-contract, NO penalty
Downgrade : NO Penalty
-- Contract reset if still Within contract
-- NO re-contract if Without contract

Previously on 2016, I ask Time cs to downgrade, they said if downgrade need to pay 2 month bills. It is still applicable now?

Nevermind got the answer on Time FAQ. The contract term will be renew if upgrade or downgrade.

So for those on 100mbps plan @ RM149, we'll pay RM10 less starting from next month?

I think I am pretty happy with 500Mbps. I will stick back to this plan. Previously from 100Mbps to 500Mbps
