hey....spirit medium is one of my fav thing about the series, it's so quirky japanese humour, i can't believe some ppl don like it.
maya and mia are my favourite characters from the series, in fact they kinda remind me of the tenjo tenge sisters.

i'm getting the US version of PW2 when it's out later this month, can't stand budget version like Best Buy even though there was never a first print version of PW2 released in Japan cos it's exactly the same as the GBA version unlike PW1.

pearly is the little girl in PW2? i only know Mia and Maya right now as i have yet to play PW2, i think Maya is really cute.....even more so when she morphs into Mia, super hot!

quick, everyone flame the dude for being a smartypants just cos he knows everyone have't play PW3 yet!

I think it's because PW4 will only be out in April in Japan, btw Capcom really do have the best illustrators/character designers in the business....this guy's art is good, I reckon he is the same guy who did the character art for Street Fighter Alpha 3 and of course, PW1. Shame that it's only a calendar and not an artbook...

btw, how do you know case5 in Phoenix Wright 1 is related to the new Gyakuten Saiban 4? Does that mean Ema and Lana will be back in GS4?

PW series seems to parallel the DMC series in some ways....part 3 now is a prequel and Capcom is rebooting the series by introducing a new protagonist in both series' part4.

With that said, a prequel PW part 3 is very much welcomed, part 2 just felt lacking in terms of story and character development. Putting Mia Fey in part 3 is very smart, she was way undeveloped in part 1 and 2 due to her early <spoiler> demise <spoiler>

anyone playing/finished the japanese trials and tribulations? i just started on the first case today......hope it's as good as PW1.

superb.... more PW goodness on the DS! i must say it's kinda weird that capcom decides to rewind the timeline and present a prequel when the latest installment just fast-forward the timeline ahead by 8 years when they introduced apollo justice....
