QUOTE(dani_irwan @ Sep 1 2016, 07:28 PM) Yes, refer to earlier posts. But from what I heard, this offer is only available at Digi Store Express, not at those big official Digi Stores. Not sure if 100% true or not. However, I did port into Digi earlier last month at Digi Store and was given RM10 rebate each month for a year for the Digi RM80 plan. So essentially, I'm paying RM70 per months for 7GB anytime + 3GB weekend data, unlimited calls, no contract. But for the port in plan, they can get 3gb extra with the same commitment. Why can't Digi open this offer to public... Very troublesome, make me want to port out Digi to others telco than port back to Digi just for the extra 3gb per months. |

QUOTE(fidodido21 @ Sep 2 2016, 11:15 AM) yea, seems so. I don't mind the contract, since I am a royal users. I want more data as my house wifi speed is only 1mbps, but thinking about port out then port in just to get this plan is troublesome. Heard many terrible story about the port out features, 5years no issue with Digi don't wish to cause trouble. Now suddenly come out this good deal... |

QUOTE(dani_irwan @ Sep 2 2016, 11:46 AM) For me the extra data is nothing much, u can buy topup data if and when needed for maybe a few ringgit more. But the 12 months contract is a bit concerning for me... For those who change plan often, yes contract is troublesome. Just if they can open to public, I don't have to struggle to decide port or not to port.Top up not cheap and the validity is short. Let's said I get a 4gb for 10days, it will cost me rm50. I can finish 7gb around 20days+. I don't know why every time when my quota left around 1gb, the speed will getting slow. Not sure if this happen to me or every users. |

QUOTE(N_Silver @ Sep 5 2016, 01:36 PM) how u guys mnp postpaid to postpaid?need to bring payment resit before can mnp or just inform them u want mnp? Erm no need I think.Heard from my fren experience, what you need to do is just show ur ic and hp number will do. They will settle it for u, never request receipt before, but my fren requested for three times only success... That's why I struggling whether to port out and port in to get the Digi new offer or not?(coz it only available for port in users only...) Afraid that it will take long, and the offer seem only limit until end of the month. Is it too late for me to do that? |

QUOTE(pcbase @ Sep 5 2016, 08:05 AM) What's that mean? upgrade 4g line with 3g quota?I tot the quota will bring up to 4g as well? QUOTE(watekeke @ Sep 7 2016, 01:03 AM) hi..new digi user.. just MNP from celcom to the rm80 plan.. got rebate rm10 x 12 month but no contract.. port in user? why not to pick the 70plan? since it give extra 3gb with the same price, but have to tie down one year contract...so far so good as im getting 4G signal n download speed of 3mbps using IDM. considering im staying in kangar, perlis. even my wife's celcom gold not getting 4G here.im using the rm10 8gb 7 days offer. no need streamyx plan to change to rm70 12 month contract 12gb data one but afraid the rm10 8gb offer will end later. That's the biggest problem to majority users, but I am no the one QUOTE(dani_irwan @ Sep 7 2016, 12:29 PM) I think the rm10/8gb/week data topup should be available to all digi postpaid subscribers right? Would be helpful if someone on the rm70/month/12gb postpaid plan could check and confirm if the option for thia topup data is available in their mydigi add-ons. It seem that less ppl are aware of this 70 plan. Also, they did not announce this plan at their site either. |

QUOTE(watekeke @ Sep 7 2016, 01:20 PM) Seem like u missed the deal, as it only for port in users and the option still available.QUOTE(a2zextra @ Sep 7 2016, 01:29 PM) is the plan come with same benefits as the current digi 80?like the apple music, iflix and free social media etc... QUOTE(jack2001 @ Sep 7 2016, 02:03 PM) It is amusing to see that quite a few people are still porting to Digi. QUOTE(faisal_smks03 @ Sep 7 2016, 04:01 PM) It seems like Digi call center and Twitter have varying answer regarding my question. I asked Digi CS whether I can unsubscribe RM2 weekend quota after registering the RM70 postpaid promo plan. They said if I do that, I will lose the MNP rebate as well. But when I contacted them via Twitter, they said no problem, can save RM2 more on the bill. Bro, you upgraded to this promo plan? Are you a mnp users or direct change the plan from Digi to this promo plan?Customers will be easily confused because of the mismatch information given by the Digi staffs. Anyhow, I glad that I upgrade to this plan. Also, mind to explain more regards the rm2 weekend quota and the losing mnp rebates? If losing the mnp rebates we have to pay rm80 per month? QUOTE(watekeke @ Sep 7 2016, 04:11 PM) Don't think so you can do it, as you are currently a Digi user and it only open for others telco mnp users.Btw, can give a try and pls share the result whether it can change or not? QUOTE(innsean @ Sep 7 2016, 04:27 PM) I am using Digi but thinking of switching back to Maxis as Digi has weak signals at certain spots. As a result, whatsapp messages will come in later upon signal strength = = Same here, happened at Cheras area... |
