I heard digi's signal change between lte, 4g & 3G. Would forcing iPhone 6s to 3G achieve better signalling?
*
On iPhone 6S with DiGi line, it should always display LTE, 3G, E (rare) or sometimes GPRS (rare). My primary number is a DiGi line and i'm using it with an iPhone 6S. Not much difference whether you chose LTE or 3G on the iPhone 6S. It automatically drops to 3G whenever i make a call out or answer a call as DiGi doesn't support VoLTE yet.

While waiting to test on Celcom LTE, guess digi 3g should be enough for now. Too bad no burung hantu on yellow side.

They do have their own version of Burung Hantu but it is more expensive. For RM5 you will get 5GB of data only for you to use between 1am - 7am.

Kinda wishes that us Postpaid user gets to buy some pass for during 1-7am one...probably like RM 5 = 20GB... innocent.gif

No need to buy if you are on MaxisOne Plan Sabah/Sarawak and you must live in either Sabah, Labuan or Sarawak biggrin.gif Got 1,024GB 1-7am quota every month, usable only in East Malaysia. Anyway, I suppose this is only possible as Maxis is way behind DiGi and Celcom in terms of subscribers in these two states.

So I guess DiGi Smart Prepaid is no longer on sale ? Luckily I managed to port in two more numbers to DiGi Smart Prepaid just two days ago.

And this new plan sucks. Free calls to Buddyz cap at 1000mins.. And free steaming 1GB Youtube is ok but 1GB for music?

I really still prefer my Free 2GB Weekend Data. I can use or download whatever i wish..

DiGi...
*
Down to 1,000 minutes now ? Yikes. How about SMS ? Still maintain at 3,000 or down to 1,000 too ?

Yes. 1GB for music... they aren't clear about what music. Is it something like Spotify and radio station ?

Likewise. Prefer the 2GB weekend data too. This will give Hotlink Fast a competitive edge. Hotlink Fast normal call rate is cheaper at 24 cents/min too.

Current most dealer clearing old stock for digi smart  i believe this , unless we go center currently i am using old digi  best . they said got 20 kwn number can put for new digi best

Ok. 20 Friends and Family feature is indeed a huge improvement. At least they are doing something right for the New DiGi Best Prepaid.

Anyway, I kind of miss the old DiGi before the current Malaysian CEO took over. Ever since this Malaysian CEO took over, DiGi has sort of lost its mojo and isn't as innovative as before. Now they just try to match whatever plans other telcos are offering. Last time they used to be the leader in pricing as well as benefits offered with their prepaid and postpaid plans. Furthermore, they keep coming up with new Prepaid plans and they are very confusing.

Is anyone aware of this DiGi Postpaid 70 with unlimited calls + 12GB data (9GB all-day data + 3GB weekend data) ? It is applicable for new port-in only and it comes with a 12-month contract.

Wow.how to get more info on this plan? I ported in about a week plus ago and the digi guys at the digi store didn't tell me about this plan. So I went for the rm80 plan.
*
I think they started selling this plan on 2nd August 2016.

Wow, really...kinda nice except for the 12 months contract.
*
Yes. That is why they are still selling the special Digi Postpaid 68 Sabah/Sarawak plan. This plan comes with 5GB data + unlimited calls with no contract. The standard Digi Postpaid 68 (more calls and SMS) comes with just 3GB data + unlimited calls.

The recent offer (RM70 for unlimited calls + 12GB data*) can only be signed up by new port-in customers. It does come with a 12-month contract. After 12-month the monthly commitment fee will be revised back to the original price which is RM80/month. Should you choose to downgrade or upgrade or cancel your service or port-out to another telco during the first 12-month period, you will loss the monthly rebate and all previously given rebates will be billed to you.

While the price of this plan will revised to RM80/month after 12-month, the plan features won't. It will still give you unlimited calls + 12GB data as long as you do not change your plan.
