Is it better to get an already made food delivery website/app or create it from scratch? Asking in terms of cost and time of build vs white labelling a system. If anyone have experience on this, what are the pros and cons for this?

If you're just starting out, and are wanting to test if the business model is viable or not, then go with the cheaper option and get a white labelled setup. Only when you're certain that the white labelled setup isn't able to cater for your needs then you will want to consider looking for ppl to help you custom build one

I would recommend postindustria.com for app development and the prices are reasonable.

Hello!
I think, the cost will be different for each technical project and it is discussed individually.
You may consult about cost of software or app development here https://joinsoft.com/

Don't write separate native app for Android and IOS apps, go for hybrid apps then your app supports on all OS and also you can save more money.

I think Tinga12 means cross-compile. Write once deploy everywhere. ;-)

hybrid app is a web app built using HTML5 and JavaScript, wrapped in a native container which loads most of the information on the page as the user navigates through the application
