Yeah, Streamyx has been known to do that. Guess they're running out of ipv4 addresses.

normally this is only BRAS (DSLAM MANAGER) specify issue rather than nationwide issue, the related department have to do ip address reallocation due to usage rise, if there is still ipv4 address available or another area usage fall.

Good news, with 172.16.0.0/16
much faster to hack other remote computer, since unpaid user or wrong password can be access each other, plus also there ways free internet on that IP range, I tried and it works! NAT server (Ubuntu 14.10) eth0 (WAN: 172.16.34.44, simply put wrong id) eth1 (WAN: 202.103.1.98) tap0 (this is OpenVPN server bound eth0 as incoming, eth1 as WAN Gateway) other client simple connect OpenVPN with target 172.16.34.44 Enjoy! |

I think it is the TM bill server.If you get that IP means your service is suspended.To check try calling a number from your house phone line.Then there will be a message saying your account is suspended temporarily

i also has this problem, tm rigger modem no problems accessing Internet...but my asus n12uc1 has problems.. before was ok all day..
