Maxis is a joke.. I have 5 lines under my name. Port out all to Celcom one fine day. Maxis called and offered RM 68 package with 7GB Data + Unlimited calls for main line.
So just changed one main number to Maxis and rest port to Celcom. There is no point angry with maxis or any provider. The end game, who is a better negotiator. So many people rant in FB saying loyal customers and they need to be given same privilege RM68. But the actual truth, these people just too scared to switch to different provider. If got balls, just port out and wait if Maxis will offer you. Even if they don't, its a win-win situation.

QUOTE(UntilUComeBack @ Apr 4 2016, 11:51 AM) the problem is tesco didnt tell everyone (loyal cust). just some traitor. when today u go tesco see milk RM6, next day u go jusco see milk RM4. u still go tesco? no izzit. It's not about traitors. It's about business. People always want to go for cheaper and better service, but only some really got the gut to change. So Maxis just offer whoever really take the step to change to cheaper package. Why would maxis bother to offer the same thing to 'loyal' customers since they know these so called loyal customer will always be 'loyal' and never change.. Same like Jibby will never offer good service so hardcore BN supporters since he know nothing will change who they vote. He will only bother to offer to opposition voters and on the fence voters..

QUOTE(bigblackpikachu @ Apr 4 2016, 12:01 PM) Not really, it's more like Tesco sell milk at RM6, but you know giant sell a bigger bottle of same quality, if not better milk at RM5, so you say to tesco "you know what, I'll just buy my milk at giant". Then tesco quickly reply "ok la you can have this milk for RM4". So you pay them RM4 and take your milk. The guy behind you (and everybody else) still gets charged RM6 if they don't say anything. +1.. Only those voice out dissatisfaction and take an action will be given privilege. Those who still wait, wait and wait for Maxis to change will eventually keep paying higher monthly bill.. Simple as that..
