my message to maxis,

next time make an official letter to your client instead of phoning your customer and used recorder as confirmation and signatory. any miscommunication on the phone is not the fault of the customers who really have problem with language and hearing.

they should be listening to lowyat members. if its true, raise the internet data and reduce the rate instead of correcting something that is silly . im still using maxis but im pissed too with such arrogant and being selective .

Last few days ago, i also try to port out to celcom and the staff told me that maxis took 3 days in the approval while other telco is one day. in the 3 days, they will call you to make some offer and it's up to me whether to port our or not. that's reality i get from celcom blue . don't tell me they simply made up stories like this.

yes other telco very fast to reinstall the port. Maxis purposely i think.
