Details of the complaint :

In short, this buyer doesnt just trouble you just to get his desired price, he will make all sorts of excuse and get you to do everything you can for him and just when you think he is satisfied, he comes out with new problem statements and gives new excuses why he wont be satisfied, one after another. So end of the day, he still gives me excuses why not to buy instead of admitting he was wrong in the first place.

Some of you may ask, it is normal buyers ask for pictures, request something whenever buyers want, but what if after you gave everything he requested, he refuses to buy for nonsense reasons and all you have done and time spent go wasted? I think this needs to be highlighted so that all sellers here can have avoid buyers like him and have smooth and safe deal.

The chat here is extremely long (I wouldn't have been able to screenshot / type everything here, so i copied the whole chat via Whatsapp web which is pretty easy, screenshots will come at important moment) which is also why I complained. The needs to complain wouldnt exist if he refuses much earlier and stop giving excuses that trouble and disadvantage sellers.

Read this if you want to know about him in just 1 minute!
Our story is like: (Let's say Im a car dealer and you (he is) are customer)
1. You want to buy a 2nd hand car, you go to a car dealer.
2. You say price too expensive, I give you discount as you wish.
3. Then you ask for test drive, you say steering feel no good.
4. I change it for you, you test again, you say brake no good.
5. I change brake for u, you test again, you say tires no good, got sign of use. (Your brain is too stupid to understand what does 2nd hand mean)
5. Fine, I change new tires, you say again price too high, for a 2nd hand.
6. I fed up, I offer you new car for same price, you say even new car might have defects.
7. I say if new car got defect I will responsible, you say but its old version even new car not as good as new version.
8. I give you new version, you say still too expensive, must reduce another shipping equivalent cost.
9. I still thinking how to handle you, you added for old version this is bad, that is bad, then new version also you worry here and there, all cars might have defects regardless condition so you wont buy.

CAN YOU ACCEPT THIS?
What I lost:
1. Time and effort
2. Product being opened and taken photos too many times, sign of wears and tears increase while remained unsold
3. It hurts my IQ to read all those replies of him.


Read this enough if you are too lazy to go thru everything after this.
I have written a summary based on this. At the beginning I offered him RM600 for that specific product MIB (Mint in box, opened for inspection, good as new) (before this he intended to add another purchase but that was cancelled by him at the very beginning). Normal negotiation happened after that, nothing bad so far. He started to show me screenshot of some old price list (5 years ago?) well thats still fine by me, I reject the offer and replied in very nice tone (btw the price is about 300% in difference). I reduced my offer, to RM550. Normal negotiation still occurred, but at this point I believe some sellers would have gone impatient. Then he seemed unconfident in getting the MIB condition, claiming MISB would be better (MISB = mint in sealed box, in other words Totally sealed since manufactured). Ok I offered him RM620 for that condition, then he said I promised lower, which is RM580. Things happened, I checked back and I admit my fault and agreed to gave him RM580, as promised. Then here he came, started with his "declining offer policy" where he will keep reducing offer whenever he found mistake in my reply or I rejected his offer (A seller with brain will definitely reject this kind of offer, obviously). So he kept coming out with lowering offer, from RM580 to RM550 to RM520 (Seriously, finding flaw in chat to reduce offer? Man then I can get a computer at just a few RM given my knowledge on IT) Here's the worst part, he said like I have to sell him no matter what, as he is buyer and I must listen to him in everything (He said in Singapore is like that, he is Singaporean, which I think he is a disgrace to Sgrean). I rejected everything, then he came out with all sorts of reasoning so that I can sell him cheap (A stupid lowballer, other sellers would have long ignored him). After some time he wanted to get photos of the MIB from me, claiming if the product is good as new he will buy. Ok i reached home, sent him like 30 photos and he kept finding flaw so that he can reject my asking price. Ok I knew this would come, so I told him, "I give you MISB at MIB price, which is @ RM500) to see what reaction he would give as he has totally no excuse if its a brand new product. Then he said since this is reissue there might be defects from factory. I told him I cover the lost if defects exist, he said how can you be so sure that you cover, you can lie about it. (it's like asking online seller "how do I know whether you will cheat me" when he doesnt intend to buy in the first place just to trouble you, end of the day he wont buy anything. BTW i did send him some testimonials which I received and he totally ignored that). So I said, its so easy to blame sellers on just anything even for brand new products, you win liao lo (There are actually more than this for the part I'm willing to sacrifice just to make sure he buy, full detail in chat). Ok I summarized what I will post here to him, ask him if he has any objection, before he said too much he blocked me. BEWARE OF HIM!!

Yea you might be true which I believe also, sellers other than me will do that but there are times you cant afford to let go every single chance you have to sell, even though its as slim as 1% you know

i understand but i still not recommend u sell to him. Maybe after u sell to him, he will complain this and that lastly ask u to refund back later. Later u are the 1 who seem like are in fault.

and who make he think that 1st version is better then reissue version??? as i know first version and reissue version is no difference at all, or maybe the reissue version will be better den 1st version since producer know what problem occured in 1st version. oh my god... only you will reply him and wasted so much time on him.

Well how should I put it.. I wouldn't have been able to prove his guilt if I did not continue my job.. At least now I can let people know people like him and honestly my lost isnt actually as bad as it seems, but still ffk is ffk
