Is there problem receiving sms from fellow xox users?  I can not receive SMS from my wife and she is not happy.  Support said they can see her number sent out the SMSs but never reach my number, and they kept asking me to check my phone. 

I can receive TACs and SMS from overseas though.

Already on the phone with them for the whole afternoon.  After 6 calls problem still exists.  That is why want to find out if anyone else have the same problem.
