hi,i am new for overclocking...I need help for my 1st overclocking for my pc

how much my pc can overclock?i'm using original heat sink from intel and chipset heatsink also.any suggestion for changing the heatsink?did i need to used water cooling kit ?the chipset heatsink must change also?i am a almost 24 hour user for this pc,did it safe for overclocking and continue open for 24hour?will it dammage my pc?

really a great OC system u have there.
u can head over to hardware zone where some SiFu of proud S478 owner can really give u a great help on the overclock of yr m/c.

yr 2.8E or 2.8C? both of them can be easily OC to 3.5, providing u have sufficient cooling for the CPU & NB and good pair of ram.

I don't see a reason for you to open a new thread, use the existing thread, and discuss there...
