Never had a prob with Velocity's cap squishing out any juice.
Note the right wick in the photo...that's how it should be positioned after priming. The left wick needed to be tucked in a bit more; juice causes wicks to expand. The juice well is still dry at this point. After the wicks have expanded and been tucked in properly, proceed to add more juice into the well till it's maxed out. Put back the cap....no squishing!

Thats a fuse clapton right? how is your wattage and ohm? I stopped using clapton on velocity it become too hot to handle though.

Yup fused clapton... 0.28 ohms on this build, 65W on creamy juices. It's kanthal and only in clapton form I don't get that iron taste...regular kanthal coils tend to give me a mouthful of Fe regardless of wattage or juice, and I still dunno why.

I think China market it as "Alien" clapton while it is not exactly alien. I think those are "Stapple" clapton coil because there are flat ribbon wire inside.

quick advice needed

been vapin on the kangertech subox for 2 weeks find that the experience is not that well, the throat hit is weird so went on to a friends ipv d2 on a new uwell crown and the experience is now better and am looking for a new mod

If you don't fire 100w above, the two batts would last you quite a bit in a single charge.
So that's a plus for two batts setup

follow richard ng's technique... but still got dry taste..

I guess trial and error for this RDTA.
From what I picked up watching YT
- not too much cotton, leave it hanging maybe half way
- use your screw or wire to push the wicked cotton to the side, opening up the hole so that air can get in

just got from vapeempire...price for black Rm130 minus 10% just Rm123.50
yeah try rewicking again with little cotton...now its awesome...much cloud and flavor...will try double clapton after this...see how much more cloud it can chunk

After you slot the cotton through the coil, trim the ends that go into the wicking holes! Dont pack it tightly and it will wick very well
