Want to make my flat nose look taller and sharper without undergoing any cosmetic surgery, any tips?

You make shading using light chocolate eye shadow color next to your eyes near the nose line, and shade it downwards till the nose tip. Make it light so it won't seem obvious. Then, you can lightly highlight the nose bridge with white shade/shimmer.

Getting a nose job or Hyaluronic acid might be a good choice.

Although hyaluronan acid is convenient, but it won’t last forever. For me, I got a nose job at Fabulous in Taiwan because it will last forever.
