In future act dumb, just said it sudden happen like that. That it. Sometimes company CS will use your act to excuse. So the better way is tell them suddenly happen. You dunno why it happen.

Your unit is confirm defective as overnight charging won't spoilt the screen.

I use back Chrome already. I believe Samsung already fixing the hanging issue. Since update till now I never facing any hanging issue anymore.

The S7 Edge loud speaker is not extremely loud but it ain't bad until worst scenario. It still sound OK to me.

No pitching sound in full volume and enough for usage even listen some music in room not outside noisy place and it is not manner open loud speaker outside public area where actually you are affecting people if you doing so.

It is far better than Xperia Z the first world famous water resistance phone where the sound is extremely weak and break.

S7 Edge sound is still strong, no high pitch but just not extreme loud only.

This function only at iOS. I do like this feature and the only feature I love it available in Android. Too bad Android don't have this officially and no manufacture doing it.

Did you install latest firmware APD1? If not then it is understandable as it is not that stable in previous firmware.

No more issue in APD1 firmware anymore. Since update until now I never face single hang or auto restart issue. I can said it is as stable as my previous Note5 now. smile.gif
