I currently use Safari(sometimes I also use Firefox). I'd like to know, are there other web browsers that are better than these?

Whether it's best is a very subjective matter, and only you can answer it smile.gif

Firefox is not bad. But it takes a long time to boot up firefox on my Mac. Safari boot up only takes like 5 seconds(I use old powerPC Mac Mini lah)

Used Firefox for quite a while, but now I have switched to Safari + Inquisitor. One thing though Firefox's implementation of searching for text on a web page is better than Safari's.

I've been using firefox since the first day on mac... I can't really compare it to safari, bcoz the only thing i used safari for was to load the mozilla page and download firefox.... haha... I don't know why, I just feel more comfy on firefox....

Nothing is the "best" browser for me. Everything still need to be improve here and there. what you comfordable with is the fact.

I've used safari when OS X first launch. Then switch back to IE, then Firefox appear, then BonEcho. Now I'm back to Safari after the updates. Safari that's bundle with Leopard is something worth waiting for biggrin.gif

used to be like lailaikatong but recently i found out that firefox takes too much of processing speed (constanly) when i opened a couple of windows or dozens of tab in window and firefox 2.0 keeps on forgetting my tabs when starting it... mad.gif
currently i am using safari with forget me not and Stand and still on trial should i change to safari... after a few days, i think i have got used to safari and must say that safari does runs faster, leaner and pretier then firefox !!! rclxms.gif

I mixed between opera, firefox, ie and safari, firefox being the primary browser.
Some websites load better on certain browsers.. and if I'm using one browser to download stuff, I use another browser to surf JUZ IN CASE any error occur and wasted the previously downloaded portions.

firefox for the speed (optimised version) + superb adblocking (adblock plus)

safari only when some sites just won't display properly in firefox.

Mind to point out the differences of Firefox in Windows and in OSx? (as I thought Firefox is platform independent - those important extensions like Adblock Plus, All-in-one gesture should work equally well in all OSes)

What kind of umph is firefox lacking in OSx?
