The latest Windows Live Messenger support the ability to video chat with Mac, otherwise just use iChat AV.

I think the native MSN messenger does not support Video chat even with the version 6.0
If you really need to video chat you can try SKYPE also...

But the problem is, most people use MSN, not Skype. It's not easy to tell everyone to use Sjype JUST to video call me

Does the webcam support your Mac? or your Mac supports your webcam? (Means, does the webcam come with the drive that can install in your Mac?) I'm using Mercury Messenger to have a video only but no voice. (Can see your face, and you need to act deaf.. lolx) Skype will do too.. Video and Chat, no problem. p/s: I tried these two programmes on my 800Mhz iBook, I found dxmx laggy. Not sure what's the problem... Is it my iBook is getting old, or the supporting problem..
