i live nearby there, every single time i pass by the road near the de tropicana condo near 5pm to 9 or 10pm, or from morning 8am to 10am.. i will stuck at there for at least half an hour.. so i normally avoid that road during that time, the cars also parked at the side of the road most of the time which make the road narrower.. good luck to those who buy there
