Having some reservation on this project, the rental around there e.g. Kuchai avenue just fetch RM1400 (partial furnish) rental...wonder how much is projected for this project once completion? What is the yield targeting for?

wondering what is the name for this project, will it called Kuchai East?
Went there last week...another Vped property nearby..next to kuchai avenue...it's spring avenue...looks decent...but not sure if can bring up the overall image there... |
