According to the agent, it's walkable around 500-700meters. But I wonder is there any proper passage way to walk to MRT station. The station is nearby Ajinomoto factory...

The selling point of this project is close to the MRT (Approximately 500-700m walking distance) with well establish amenity around Kuchai Lama. The MRT is 1 station away from Bandar Msia.
But the traffic there is terrible...another factor to consider is next to Kuchai Avenue and De Tropicana which is not very high end...

Just my 2 cents...

Having some reservation on this project, the rental around there e.g. Kuchai avenue just fetch RM1400 (partial furnish) rental...wonder how much is projected for this project once completion? What is the yield targeting for?

wondering what is the name for this project, will it called Kuchai East?

Went there last week...another Vped property nearby..next to kuchai avenue...it's spring avenue...looks decent...but not sure if can bring up the overall image there...
